The said project was launched in a very challenging time due to bad phase of the market. He guided us well in positioning of our project and took care of every minor details of marketing. Needless to say that project received an overwhelming success. From October 2015, he is involved with us in our project Om Shanti Gold Plus which is essentially an affordable housing project comprising of about 800 units. This project was also launched in the worst of business conditions but yet because of sheer acumen of Mr. Sanjay he garnered over whelming response and we could manage of sell 50% of the project in less than 4 months.
